Payment methods

To make purchases from our online store, you must be an adult. Orders are placed in writing via the internet by completing and submitting the relevant order form available on the website skafatos.gr. Orders are binding only once accepted by our company, which is confirmed when you receive an email from us confirming your order (Order Confirmation). Before submitting the order form, please make sure to review the following:

• The listed prices of our products, which include the legal VAT.
• Information about the shipping charges for the products.
• Various offers are valid while supplies last.

Our company allows users to order products through the online store and receive them via courier service. Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

If a product is listed on our website at an incorrect price due to an error, but your order has already been accepted by us before the error was discovered, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible notifying you of the mistake and asking whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price. If you inform us that you do not wish to pay the corrected price, or if you do not reply within two business days from when the email was sent, we reserve the right to cancel the contract immediately. If we have already received payment for the product, we will promptly issue a refund to the bank account you indicated.
