Shipping methods

The following product delivery methods incur a charge to the customer at the time of payment.

The charge varies depending on the selected delivery method, the customer’s final address, and the weight of the goods.

Due to their weight and volume, some orders can only be fulfilled via freight transport. In such cases, our company will inform the customer in advance.

• Pickup from our store in Palaio Faliro at 67 Poseidonos Avenue
  Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00
  Saturday: 09:00–15:00
• Via General Post (Geniki Taxydromiki), a reliable courier network that delivers across Greece within 1–3 days.
• Via Hellenic Post (ELTA) for larger packages that cannot be served by courier.
• Delivery to a transport company of your choice within Athens for heavy parcels (note: cash on delivery is not available with freight services).
