3M Trizact™ Hookit™ Abrasive Wipe Disc P6000 150mm

Description

The unique Trizact™ technology of 3M™ uses a pyramid structure of multiple layers of thin abrasive grain. The specially designed, precise structure of the grain gives trizact™ abrasive discs the combination of quick cut as well as uniform finish each time. Trizact™ P1000 foam abrasive discs are used for grinding panels before the painting process. P1500 abrasive discs are used to effectively remove dust beans as well as the “orange peel”. The P3000 foam discs are used to remove the lines created by the previous discs with P1200-P1500, before using the 3M polishing system. The P6000 are used in the final finishing/polishing as the last stage of grinding after the P2500/P3000. They are used fresh and then apply the ointments of 3M so that the abrasive lines do not appear again.
